Steve, look at the luxurious floor plans. Then look at the fact that it is located a couple of blocks from a half dozen monuments and other landmarks.
And that it needed to deconstruct and appear organic and playful. But also needed to look spiffy.
And that it will further help Downtown rejuvenate. OK. Maybe not the best, but not the worst either.
